Membership

Creating an account with KARYAWAN Membership System is free. KARYAWAN membership itself is a paid annual subscription, activated from your dashboard after account creation. PERKESO protection is an optional add-on you may include at activation or renewal, and is never sold on its own. Fees and any promotional pricing in effect at the time of purchase apply, as shown on the activation or renewal page before you check out.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and PERKESO enrollment, including your NRIC/passport, contact details, and uploaded documents. Providing false information may result in rejection or suspension of your membership.

PERKESO Protection

PERKESO protection plans are administered by SOCSO/PERKESO under the Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (SKSPS). KARYAWAN facilitates registration and payment collection; enrollment is manually verified before coverage is confirmed active. Coverage terms, benefit amounts, and eligibility are set by PERKESO, not by KARYAWAN.

Payments

All fees are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due at the time of activation or renewal. Membership and PERKESO coverage take effect only once payment is confirmed.

Privacy

Personal information and documents you submit are used solely for membership administration and PERKESO enrollment, and are not shared with third parties except PERKESO where required for coverage processing.
